Using my intuition, I determine what my client's issues are and where in the body they may be housed. I know where energy is blocked by sensing the location in my own body. I use a variety of tools and skills as needed to resolve their issues.

Since everyone has individual issues and concerns, I tailor the sessions to meet each client's needs. I will generally balance the seven chakras, or energy centers, of the client's body during a session.

The “Shadow Self” is the Jungian term for the part of our psyche that we hide or repress for a variety of reasons. It holds the more “negative” parts of us but can also contain strengths or “gems” that I like to find and heal.

After signing up for a 15-minute consultation to discuss goals and confirm fit, a session is typically one hour in length and scheduled for a later date. Multiple sessions may be required.

I base much of my approach to life on nature. For most things in nature, darkness is as equally important as light. While evil exists, darkness itself is not inherently evil, and more good can often be found within it.
