Spirit Animals
During Shamanic Journeys, Ican access the wisdom, messages, and guidance of our Spirit Animals. Some Spirit Animals stay with us for our lifetime, while others guide us through specific situations. I reach Non-Ordinary Reality—the Spirit Realm—through drumming.
Ijourney to one of three realms:
- Lower Realm: Where Spirit Animals dwell, often accessed by descending into a hole in the ground or tree.
- Middle Realm: Our world, akin to astral travel.
- Upper Realm: Reached by climbing the Axis Mundi (world tree); home to guides, ancestors, ascended masters, and sometimes angels.
